Thanks for the offer Frank. I appreciate it very much. I'm a retired Rockwell-Collins electronics engineer with brothers in the construction industries. I'm the youngest, and feel comfortable doing electrical work, except for 2 things - lack of local code knowledge, and age is creeping up on me.

I know where to get the code info I need, but I need to concentrate on getting the workshop up and running quickly over the next couple of months.

LEDgreenies have kept us very busy this past season - basically sold out all I could produce in my garage. The new workshop is completly dedicated to meet an expected 2012 season demand for LEDgreenies and LEDwhite lights suitable for gig fishing, and an ever expanding geographic market.

So, I'm lookimg to hire out the electrical work instead of DIY.  Ideally, pay labor costs with LEDgreenie™ Pro lights and cash for all else needed. Run Power from Son's House with seperate breaker panel and master shut off.  Most power tools used are hand tools and drill press and table saw plus about 1 kw worth of shop lights. All wiring in conduit with 12 AWG wiring & 20 amp breakers, except maybe the window type A/C unit.
