Here is an old picture of my setup with fluorescent tube lights, I use the same system on my LED'S, one end of adjustible line hooked on the light with a brass clip [to clip on rings to shorten the line], the line is full off stainless rings, and the end of the line is a weight.

I hook the same line on to my LED's and you can see the cord looped at the base of the light and this is where I attach my adjustable line. Alan is correct, I deploy 8 lbs. It is NOT worth it to me to toss lean and find out I caught a brutal tide that won't let me "stick" my lights correctly. I have never met a tide my 8lbs cannot handle

AnglerManagement is right....all I can recommend is you space the lights as far apart as you can. It would be a good idea to re-think how you deploy the starfires and consider taking those lights, add 25 foot of wire, a weight and sink them to the bottom using the adjustible line technique. Top water lighting is blowing a lot of light downward  and your forcing the shrimp to go underneath the starfires or to run your light field edges. Shrimp HATE light and they have lenses in the back of their eye that  magnify light. These are nocturnal shrimp we are chasing...

I rather you use what ever you have then NOT go shrimping at all. Deploy the LED light for your friend at the bow or and deploy the starfires by the stern, setup your boat horizontal in the current creating a dark zone between the lights...this will reduce the impact of the starfire bleeding the contrasting effects from the greenie.

Top lighting the water will only have tolerance when the shrimp are running deep...always back light the shrimp by sitting the lights on the river bottom. You will see a huge increase in the amount of shrimp harvested. I realize the bulb is small and you may have to float your lights closer to the top of the water than you will the greenie light.

Ultimately, you have to be comfortable using your light field. I am just recommending a setup to work with to improve your numbers. The healthier the kill zone, the more shrimp you will catch...later in the season when they run more abundant, it won't be as strong of an issue as it is now with pickings kinda lean....

a) We attach adjustable lines to control where the light sits in the water column below the surface. Do this for star fires as well as greenies.
b) Find a weight to sink the light and get it to "stick" on the bottom without rolling.

Having 1 greenie is FAR BETTER than having NO greenies at all, so you have an advantage owing this light. Yes, your other lights can be deployed that will not cancel all the properties the greenie gives you.

If you set up bow to current, than put greenie on 1 side and the starfires on the other side.

The best case scenario is to have at least 2 of them [greenies].
