I called the phone number from the website and spoke with Nancy about the possibility of getting the annual pass through the mail. She knew nothing about this and said she would get back in touch with me. She e-mailed me with mailing instructions, and I told her that there may be others who would be doing this as well. I mailed mine off this morning and will report back on the website when it arrives. Here's the information. Send a check or money order payable to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for $15.00. Also send a self addressed stamped envelope. Mail to: Dorn Whitmore MINWR P.O. Box 2683 Titusville, FL 32781 I also included a letter stating exactly what I wanted, since obviously this program is new and there are people who work there that haven't been kept in the loop as to whats going on. I'll report back any updates or changes I get, and also when I get my pass.

I am exempt due to my 100% disability and I believe those on SSA disability park for free too. Bring this back up to me, one you LeeNoga.com geeks can make a copy of this thread and pin it a the top of the Classroom forum, in fishing forums, and in Brevard shrimping forums. Just copy and then use TOOLS to pin it so it always stays at the top of the forum it landed in it, it can never be pushed down or fall of menu page. This is why we pin stick it, I forget the command, it is one or the other...same thing tho..

I was issued a free family pass , however, that pass must be renewed annually. If you keep the original receipt that is stamped as disability confirmed there is no need to bring the disability paper work with you when it's time to renew. Hours of operation for the visitors center is 8-5 6 days a week until Nov when it is open 7 days a week. Hope this is of some help especially to you other disabled vets. Boca Raton FL
