spent most of the day mounting the motor on the silverking. had to change the trim motor first and then mount it on the boat. hooked up the steering and get ready to bleed the hydralics . check out the redneck engine hoist if you will.   . she should be done before the feb seminar ,i hope. its all down hill from here.
